The Mission: A Comprehensive Farmers Ecosystem
We set out to create more than just a tool — we built a full-cycle ecosystem for the modern farmer in North America. By enabling detailed analysis across farms, fields, and subfields, we provided farmers with the clarity needed to optimize every acre, supported by dynamic conversion across 20+ different measurement units.
What Was Built
The project resulted in a suite of three specialized web applications, all connected by a shared modular architecture and a custom private npm repository for maximum code reusability.
Planning & Statistics Portal FE #1: A high-performance dashboard for reviewing complex farm plans and modulated future statistics based on real-time input data.
Field & Operations Management FE #2: An interactive map-based system for real-time field management, tool configuration, and operational tracking directly from the tractor.
Infrastructure Admin Suite FE #3: A robust administration platform for managing the entire infrastructure, user roles, and security-cleared data access.
AI & Data Enrichment Engine Integration with over five external services and AI-driven insights to provide enhanced data objects and predictive field analytics.

My Role & Responsibilities
As Team Lead and Tech Lead, I orchestrated the technical vision across two multinational teams, ensuring modular consistency and delivery precision.
- Architecture Mastery. Designed the modular multi-SPA architecture and private npm repository ecosystem.
- Team Leadership. Built and guided two multinational teams (31 members total), establishing hierarchy and evaluation standards.
- Process Engineering. Developed a proprietary precision estimation system capable of predicting releases within 0.5 work days.
- Core Development. Led the development of mission-critical field mapping and unit conversion engines.
- Quality Standards. Defined the code review process, best practices, and automated testing strategies.
Major Achievements
- Market Reach: Platform successfully adopted by over 500 agro holdings and 10k+ individual farmers.
- Operational Impact: Enabled real-time farm management and statistics directly from heavy machinery in the field.
- Resource Precision: Built a resource management system with 95%+ accuracy in release timeline estimation.
- Hybrid Scale: Successfully managed the integration of seeding, harvesting, and cropping tools into a unified UI.
Lessons Learned & Practical Takeaways
Modular Moats. Building a private npm repository for shared components isn't just about DRY—it's about creating a stable, reusable foundation that accelerates all future applications.
The Power of Units. When managing global agricultural data, dynamic unit conversion (20+ units) is a core feature, not an afterthought. Precision here defines user trust.
Estimation as a Discipline. Predicting releases within 0.5 days is possible when processes are built on deep historical data and consistent team performance metrics.
